I. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Legends X’s website, mobile application, booking platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Legends X (“Legends X,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, booking a service, submitting payment information, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
II. The Service
Legends X provides a technology platform that allows users to request, schedule, manage, and pay for vehicle care services, including mobile car washing, auto detailing, interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating services, paint correction services, paint repair coordination, and related automotive appearance and vehicle care services.
Legends X may provide services directly and/or facilitate fulfillment through independent contractors, technicians, fulfillment partners, partner businesses, or third-party service providers.
Availability of services may vary based on location, technician availability, weather conditions, operational limitations, vehicle condition, service type, and other factors.
III. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service may require users to create an account or customer profile.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, submitting a booking, requesting a quote, or communicating through the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
Legends X reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized activity.
IV. Bookings and Service Requests
By submitting a booking request through the Service, you authorize Legends X to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate the requested service.
Service appointments are subject to technician availability, scheduling limitations, operational capacity, vehicle condition assessments, weather conditions, traffic or route delays, geographic service availability, and safe and lawful service conditions.
Estimated service times, arrival windows, and completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled location, the service area is safe and legally available for service, accurate vehicle and location information is provided, and the user has authority to request service for the vehicle.
Failure to provide accurate information or service access may result in delays, rescheduling, inability to complete service, or restricted access to future bookings.
V. Payments
Users agree to pay all charges, fees, taxes, surcharges, and applicable costs associated with services booked through the Service.
Payment is required before service completion. Customers may receive a secure payment link or may pay through the Service during the appointment before the service is completed.
Payments may include service fees, add-on service charges, vehicle size-based fees, approved additional service charges, outstanding balances, and other authorized Service-related charges.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe or similar processors.
By submitting payment information through the Service, you authorize Legends X and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for authorized transactions associated with your use of the Service.
Legends X does not store complete payment card information on Company-owned servers.
VI. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Users may request cancellations or rescheduling subject to technician availability, dispatch status, scheduling limitations, and Company policies.
Customers should attempt to cancel or reschedule at least one hour before the scheduled appointment time.
If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule within one hour of the appointment, the customer must contact Legends X directly for assistance.
Legends X does not currently charge cancellation fees or no-show fees. However, repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, inaccessible vehicles, or abusive booking behavior may result in restricted access to future bookings.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may depend on service completion status, reported issues, supporting documentation, operational findings, technician or provider reports, and time elapsed since service completion.
Legends X reserves the right to deny refund requests involving completed services, fraudulent claims, abuse of the Service, unreasonable demands, pre-existing vehicle conditions, or circumstances outside the Company’s control.
VII. Independent Contractors and Third-Party Providers
Certain services facilitated through the Service may be performed by independent contractors, technicians, fulfillment providers, partner businesses, or third-party service providers.
These individuals and entities are independent providers and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or legal representatives of Legends X unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Legends X may facilitate scheduling, communication, payments, customer support, and operational coordination between users and service providers. However, individual providers are responsible for the services they perform, their methods, tools, supplies, conduct, and any damage caused by their negligence, misconduct, improper service methods, or failure to follow reasonable service standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends X assumes no liability for damage, loss, injury, or claims caused by independent contractors, technicians, fulfillment providers, partner businesses, or third-party service providers.
VIII. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate booking and vehicle information, maintain safe and lawful service environments, treat technicians and representatives respectfully, avoid fraudulent or unlawful conduct, comply with applicable laws, ensure authorization to request services for submitted vehicles, and pay all authorized charges associated with bookings.
Users may not use the Service for illegal purposes, submit false or misleading information, interfere with operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access to Company systems, harass technicians or representatives, or use automated systems to access or manipulate the platform without authorization.
IX. Damage Claims
Users must report any claimed service-related damage within 24 hours after service completion.
Damage claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied due to inability to verify timing, causation, vehicle condition, or responsibility.
Damage claims may require supporting photos or documentation, inspection or investigation, communication with involved providers or technicians, and additional operational review.
Independent contractors, technicians, fulfillment providers, partner businesses, or third-party service providers are responsible for damage they cause to customer vehicles or property through negligence, misconduct, improper service methods, or failure to follow reasonable service standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends X assumes no liability for damage caused by independent contractors, technicians, fulfillment providers, partner businesses, or third-party service providers.
Legends X reserves the right to investigate, evaluate, deny, or help facilitate resolution of damage claims at its discretion based on available evidence, operational findings, provider reports, and applicable policies.
Legends X is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, normal wear and tear, environmental damage, issues unrelated to services performed, damage resulting from inaccurate customer information, or damage resulting from unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable service environments.
X. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.
Legends X does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact scheduling windows, specific operational outcomes, or error-free functionality of the Service.
Users acknowledge that vehicle services involve inherent operational risks, including weather exposure, pre-existing vehicle conditions, mechanical issues, surface imperfections, environmental contaminants, and circumstances outside the Company’s control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends X’s total liability arising from any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
XI. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Legends X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
Legends X does not guarantee continuous platform availability, specific booking availability, exact technician arrival times, specific operational results, compatibility with all vehicles or surfaces, or uninterrupted access to the Service.
XII. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, software, platform functionality, and materials associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Legends X and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Company content or platform functionality without prior written authorization.
XIII. Termination
Legends X reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, unauthorized activity, operational risk, safety concerns, or legal compliance purposes.
Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
XIV. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
XV. Changes to These Terms
Legends X reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
If material changes are made, users may be notified through the Service, by email, by SMS, or through other reasonable methods.
Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you access or use Legends X’s website, mobile application, booking platform, and related services (“Service”) to request, schedule, manage, receive, or pay for vehicle care services.
This Privacy Policy describes how Legends X (“Legends X,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when users access or use the Service.
This Privacy Policy specifically applies if you request or receive vehicle care services, submit quote requests, upload photos, provide vehicle information, submit scheduling or payment information, create an account, receive operational notifications, communicate with technicians, make payments through the Service, or receive services booked through another individual, business account, partner company, fleet account, referral source, or promotional program associated with Legends X.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected from independent contractors, technicians, service providers, applicants, or business partners acting in a provider capacity on the platform. Separate agreements, policies, or provider-related terms may apply to those individuals or entities.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described herein.
II. Data Collection and Use
A. The Information We Collect
We collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot reasonably be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, referring and exit pages, URLs, browser types, device information, general geographic location data, preferences submitted through the Service, and usage trends generated based on interactions with the Service.
Personal Information includes information that may identify you directly or indirectly, including name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle information, appointment and booking details, payment-related information, uploaded photos and quote requests, communications submitted through the Service, account login credentials, customer preferences and saved information, transaction history, and booking records.
B. Information Collected Through Use of the Service
To access certain features of the Service, including booking appointments and processing payments, you may be required to submit Personal Information.
We may automatically collect information provided by your browser, device, or interaction with the platform, including referring and exit pages, browser type, device type, IP address, operating system, date and time of access, geographic location information, booking activity, platform interaction data, website traffic, analytics data, user preferences, saved account settings, session activity, and usage patterns.
We may collect this information using cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us improve user experience, maintain secure login sessions, remember user preferences, analyze platform performance, optimize marketing performance, and improve operational functionality.

We may use information collected through the Service to provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process bookings, appointments, and payments; match users with independent contractors or service providers; coordinate scheduling and dispatching; provide customer support; communicate regarding appointments, updates, and services; send notifications, reminders, receipts, and confirmations; improve platform functionality and user experience; analyze usage trends and business performance; prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security threats; enforce our Terms of Use and company policies; and comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
E. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
We may share information with independent contractors and service providers performing requested services, payment processors including Stripe or similar providers, technology vendors and hosting providers, analytics and customer support providers, operational scheduling and fulfillment partners, and business partners associated with requested services.
We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements; investigate fraud, security concerns, disputes, or unauthorized activity; protect the rights, safety, property, users, contractors, technicians, or the Company; and in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, or business transfers.
We may use, disclose, and share aggregated or anonymized Non-Personal Information with service providers, analytics providers, advertisers, partners, and third parties at our discretion.

A. Your Rights and Choices
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications or by contacting us directly.
Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send transactional or operational communications necessary to provide the Service, including booking confirmations, payment notifications, receipts, technician updates, ETA notifications, service reminders, account notices, and changes to company policies or agreements.
Users may request updates or corrections to certain account information, subject to operational, legal, and security requirements.
We may retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain business records, or protect the integrity of the Service.
B. Communications and Notifications
By providing your contact information through the Service, you consent to receive transactional, operational, and promotional communications from the Company via email, phone call, push notification, or SMS text message.
These communications may include appointment confirmations, technician status updates, ETA notifications, booking reminders, payment requests, receipts, customer support communications, service-related notifications, and promotional or marketing communications.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time; however, transactional and service-related communications may still be sent as necessary to operate the Service and fulfill requested services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, content, or security of any third-party websites or services.

Cancellation Policy

I. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, weather delays, operational delays, and refund reviews are handled for services booked through Legends X.
By booking a service through Legends X, you agree to this Cancellation Policy and any related Terms of Service, Payment Policy, and service-specific rules.
II. Customer Cancellations
Customers should attempt to cancel or reschedule appointments at least one hour before the scheduled appointment time.
If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule within one hour of the appointment, the customer must contact Legends X directly for assistance.
Legends X does not currently charge cancellation fees.
III. Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule appointments subject to availability, technician schedules, route planning, weather conditions, and operational capacity.
Legends X may approve, deny, or modify rescheduling requests based on operational feasibility.
IV. Missed Appointments and Inaccessible Vehicles
An appointment may be considered missed or unable to be completed if the technician arrives and the vehicle is not available, the vehicle cannot be accessed, the service location is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached when access or authorization is required, the service area is unsafe or unlawful, or required parking, access, or service conditions are unavailable.
Legends X does not currently charge no-show fees. However, repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, inaccessible vehicles, or abusive booking behavior may result in restricted access to future bookings.
V. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
Legends X reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule appointments due to rain, extreme weather, unsafe working conditions, poor lighting, restricted access, unsafe parking, traffic hazards, or other conditions that may prevent safe or proper service completion.
If Legends X cancels or reschedules due to weather or operational safety, customers will generally be offered rescheduling options when available.
VI. Technician or Operational Delays
Appointment times, arrival windows, and service durations are estimates. Delays may occur due to traffic, previous appointments, vehicle condition, technician availability, route changes, weather, equipment issues, or other operational circumstances.
Legends X will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays when possible, but exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
VII. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund eligibility may depend on whether the service was completed, the nature of the issue reported, supporting photos or documentation, technician or provider reports, time elapsed since service completion, and whether the issue relates to services actually performed.
Completed services are generally not refundable unless Legends X determines that a verified service issue requires resolution.
Legends X may offer a partial refund, service correction, credit, rescheduling, or other resolution at its discretion.
VIII. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may be denied for completed services performed as booked, pre-existing vehicle conditions, customer dissatisfaction unrelated to service failure, incorrect service selection by the customer, unavailable or inaccessible vehicles, missed appointments, late cancellations, fraudulent or abusive claims, unreasonable demands, or issues reported after an unreasonable delay.

Payment Policy

I. Overview
This Payment Policy explains how payments, charges, saved payment methods, unpaid balances, add-ons, and payment processing are handled for services booked through Legends X.
By booking a service, submitting payment information, or using the Service, you agree to this Payment Policy.
II. Payment Processing
Payments made through the Service may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe or similar processors.
Legends X does not store complete payment card information on Company-owned servers.
Payment information may be securely stored, tokenized, processed, or managed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
III. Payment Timing
Payment is required before service completion.
Depending on the booking flow, customers may pay through the Service, through a secure payment link, or through another approved digital payment method provided by Legends X.
Customers are responsible for paying all approved charges associated with their booking before the technician completes the service.
If payment is not completed when required, Legends X may pause service completion, delay final release of service status, restrict future bookings, or require payment before additional services are scheduled.
IV. Authorized Charges
By submitting payment information, you authorize Legends X and its payment providers to charge your payment method for booked services, approved add-ons, vehicle size-based fees, outstanding balances, late payment balances, memberships or recurring charges if applicable, and other authorized Service-related transactions.
Legends X does not currently charge cancellation fees or no-show fees.
V. Saved Payment Methods
If a payment method is saved through the Service or through a third-party payment provider, it may be used for authorized charges related to completed services, approved add-ons, outstanding balances, or other authorized Service-related charges.
Customers may be able to manage or remove saved payment methods through the Service or by contacting support, subject to third-party payment provider functionality and outstanding balance requirements.
VI. Add-Ons and Additional Charges
Customers may select add-ons or approve additional services before or during a booking.
Additional charges may apply for larger vehicles, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odor treatment, biohazard cleanup, excessive debris, specialty services, or service requests beyond the originally selected package.
When applicable, additional charges may be collected through the Service, through a secure payment link, or through another approved digital payment method.
VII. Unpaid Balances
If a payment fails or an outstanding balance remains unpaid, Legends X may attempt to charge the saved payment method, send payment reminders, restrict or suspend future bookings, require payment before additional services are scheduled, or pursue collection of unpaid balances where permitted by law.
VIII. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are reviewed in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, Terms of Service, and service-specific circumstances.
Customers should contact Legends X directly regarding payment concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their bank or payment provider.
Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or chargebacks involving completed services may result in account restriction, collection efforts, or denial of future bookings.

Location Information

II. Service Addresses
Customers may be required to provide a service address where the vehicle will be located. This information is used to determine service availability, schedule appointments, assign technicians or service providers, coordinate arrival and service logistics, estimate route timing, and complete requested services.
III. Sharing Location Information
Service address information may be shared with assigned technicians, independent contractors, partner businesses, fulfillment providers, customer support providers, or operational vendors as necessary to complete a booking.
Location information may also be used to investigate disputes, verify appointment details, prevent fraud, improve dispatching, and maintain service records.
IV. Accuracy of Location Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete service location information.
Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading location information may result in delays, failed service, rescheduling, or inability to complete the service.
V. Safe and Legal Service Areas
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service location is safe, lawful, accessible, and appropriate for vehicle care services.
Technicians may decline, delay, or stop service if the location is unsafe, restricted, unlawful, inaccessible, poorly lit, or otherwise unsuitable for service.

Provider Terms

I. Overview
These Provider Terms apply to independent contractors, technicians, fulfillment partners, partner businesses, and service providers who perform, accept, support, or coordinate services through Legends X.
These Provider Terms may be supplemented or replaced by a separate contractor agreement, partner agreement, fulfillment agreement, service-level agreement, or other written agreement.
II. Independent Contractor Status
Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, franchisees, or legal representatives of Legends X unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement.
Providers are responsible for determining the manner and means of performing accepted services, subject to platform standards, customer expectations, applicable laws, and any separate agreement with Legends X.
III. Provider Responsibilities
Providers agree to perform accepted services professionally and safely, maintain appropriate tools and supplies, arrive prepared, communicate professionally, follow reasonable platform standards, comply with applicable laws, avoid fraud or unsafe conduct, and protect customer vehicles and property from avoidable damage.
IV. Tools, Supplies, Products, and Expenses
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, providers are responsible for their own tools, products, chemicals, supplies, transportation, equipment, insurance, taxes, licenses, permits, and business expenses.
Legends X is not responsible for reimbursing provider expenses unless explicitly agreed in writing.
V. Insurance, Licenses, and Compliance
Providers are responsible for maintaining any insurance, licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, or legal requirements applicable to their work, business, equipment, vehicle, and services.
Legends X may request proof of insurance, licensing, business documentation, or compliance information where appropriate.
VI. Customer Property and Damage Responsibility
Providers are responsible for exercising reasonable care when working on or around customer vehicles, property, driveways, garages, parking areas, and service locations.
Providers are responsible for damage they cause to customer vehicles or property through negligence, misconduct, improper service methods, unsafe practices, unauthorized actions, or failure to follow reasonable service standards.
Legends X assumes no liability for provider-caused damage to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Providers must promptly report any incident, damage claim, dispute, customer complaint, safety issue, or service failure to Legends X.
VII. Service Quality and Customer Standards
Providers are expected to maintain professional service quality, customer communication, punctuality, cleanliness, and reliability.
Legends X may monitor ratings, complaints, acceptance behavior, cancellation behavior, service outcomes, and customer feedback to determine provider eligibility for continued platform access.
VIII. Payments to Providers
Provider compensation, revenue share, payouts, tips, fees, deductions, chargebacks, or adjustments may be governed by a separate written agreement or platform arrangement.
Providers are responsible for their own taxes and financial obligations associated with payments received through or in connection with Legends X.
IX. Platform Access
Legends X may suspend, restrict, or terminate provider access to the platform for poor performance, customer complaints, fraud, unsafe behavior, policy violations, operational risk, failure to complete services, damage claims, misconduct, or other business reasons.
Platform access is not guaranteed and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
X. Non-Circumvention and Customer Relationships
Providers may be prohibited under separate agreement from bypassing Legends X, soliciting Legends X customers directly, misusing customer information, or using platform-generated customer relationships outside the Service.
Customer information received through the platform must be used only for the purpose of completing authorized services.
XI. Confidentiality and Platform Information
Providers may receive access to confidential or operational information, including customer information, pricing, job details, service processes, platform tools, business strategies, partner information, or internal communications.
Providers agree not to misuse, disclose, sell, copy, or exploit confidential information except as necessary to perform authorized services.
XII. Separate Agreements
These Provider Terms are general platform terms and may not replace detailed contractor, partner, or fulfillment agreements.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Provider Terms, the signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
